Varietal Composition: 100% White Riesling
Winemaker’s Notes: Elegance, pronounced aroma, and longevity ring true for both the 2022 vintage and our "Dry" Riesling. This Riesling is pale yellow from the rip to the bowl. Although lightly colored, the nose is heavy with complexity. Crisp apple and Asain pear are layered between ginger honeysuckle and white fig. Bold in the aroma but balanced in the palate, our estate Zillah Ranch Vineyard acts as the front runner in this Columbia Valley Reisling. Zillah Ranch Vineyard brings bright acidity, nuanced texture, and lemon line zing from its cool growing area within the Yakima Valley AVA. Overall light-bodied with balanced sweetness this Riesling offers long-lasting impressions that linger with mouth-watering acidity and fresh fruit impressions.
