The Soaring Eagle Cabernet offers a true representation of valley fruit maturity, where a gentle incline, concentrated sunlight, and warmth have nurtured this Cabernet into a sanctuary of smooth red fruit. The 2023 vintage boasts a rich hue. It presents notes of ripe red fruits, prunes, and black tea, marking it as a particularly lavish expression of Cabernet from our collective vineyards. On the palate, one can easily become enveloped in the wine's velvety texture and luxuriousness. With medium tannins and slightly lower acidity, it is primed for enjoyment.
