Tasting notes:
This juicy and vibrant rosé opens with mandarin orange and sweet mountain strawberry, layered with delicate rose petal aromatics. On the palate, hibiscus and orange marmalade lead into notes of Mirabelle plum, finishing bright, fresh, and finely textured.
Vintage Information:
2025 began as a moderate year, with average temperatures trending along with long term averages until early June, when several back-to-back heat waves indicated we would be in for a hot year. Nearly zero precipitation between mid-June and early September stressed vines and concentrated flavors until several rain events beginning mid-September through the end of October put the breaks on what could have been a record-breaking hot year in Washington State.
Winemaking Notes:
The 2025 Rose was harvested between 8/26 and 9/8 to preserve freshness and acidity. Each batch was pressed gently and fermented separately until dry, then blended, heat and cold stabilized with electrodialysis.
