Inviting and expressive, this rose-gold Blanc de Noir Sparkling wine opens with aromas of ripe white flowers, vanilla toast, ginger and lemon zest. Underneath the fruit lies a delicate thread of rose petal, toasted brioche, and a hint of earthy spice—hallmarks of Pinot Noir in sparkling form.

The palate balances depth and freshness. Notes of nectarine, lemon zest, and mingle with brioche, hazelnut, and a hint of spice. The mousse is creamy and persistent, while bright acidity keeps the wine lifted and precise through a long, graceful finish.
