Vineyard
Beverly vineyard is our hottest and windiest site that produces bold and powerful wines. Beverly vineyard is planted exclusively with red varieties. The sandy soil makes you feel as though you’re trekking through a beach instead of a vineyard. This in combination with the heat produces fruit with deep dark color and bold rich flavors.
Winemaking
Fruit was picked September 8-10th, fermented in stainless steel tanks. Cap management was strategic during fermentation utilizing pump overs and delestage. Once pressed and fermentation was complete, wine was aged on oak with micro-oxygenation for 10 months.
Tasting Notes
A rich and expressive Syrah showcasing ripe plum and layers of dark berry. Savory nuances add depth and intrigue, leading to a balanced, lingering finish. Plush, intertwined tannins create a beautifully textured palate, with depth and balance.
