Winemaking notes:

This Blanc de Blancs was made to be a crowd pleaser. Tirage bottled in May 2024, 12 months on lees before disgorgement. Aromas of ripe white grapefruit, pear, jasmine and chalk are lifted by the fine bubbles. The palate shows ripe white peach, toasted vanilla, and lemon zest. The finish is clean and bright, with a salinity reminiscent of crushed oyster shells.
