Tasting notes:
This semi-dry Riesling is lush and expressive, offering aromas of honey, candied citrus, and baked pear. The palate is sweet and juicy, layered with honeyed peach, guava, and starfruit, finishing balanced and generously fruited.
Vintage Information:
2025 began as a moderate year, with average temperatures trending along with long term averages until early June, when several back-to-back heat waves indicated we would be in for a hot year. Nearly zero precipitation between mid-June and early September stressed vines and concentrated flavors until several rain events beginning mid-September through the end of October put the breaks on what could have been a record-breaking hot year in Washington State.
Winemaking Notes:
The 2025 Semi-Dry Riesling was picked between October 8th and 9th, giving the fruit time to develop juicy tropical flavors. The grapes were pressed gently and fermented cool to preserve the delicate aromas. The wine was then blended, heat stabilized and treated with electrodialysis for cold stability.

This Riesling comes from Four Feathers Vineyard in the Columbia Valley. Four Feathers Vineyard sits on silty loan soils and is farmed organically, resulting in low yields and concentrated flavors.
