This Blanc de Blancs is brilliant pale straw with glints of gold and an elegant, fine mousse. The nose showcases ripe orchard fruit--peach and nectarine. A whisper of biscuit and almond hints at time on lees, adding subtle complexity.

Elegant and balanced with racy acidity and a finely textured mousse, the palate reveals layered citrus—lemon curd, sweet apple, and citrus zest—framed by a stony, slate-like minerality. Rich flavors of pie crust and shortbread come through on the mid palate and linger through the creamy finish.
