Four Feathers Wine Estates

Winemaking notes: It's all about the color with this sparkling Rose. Red varieties were gently pressed to extract as little color as possible and the result is a pale salmon pink. The blend was tirage bottled in July 2023 and left on the lees for a creamier mouthfeel and a fine mousse. Ripe strawberries, blood orange, and hibiscus are lifted by the bubbles. Sweet Gala apples and peaches fill out the palate and a hint of anise spice lead to a clean finish.
