Winemaking notes: The 2024 Studio Sauvignon Blanc was harvested on September 5th and 6th after a warm July and August. It was fermented on oak staves and allowed to complete malolactic fermentation. Aged for 8 months in tank on oak staves with micro-oxygenation, this wine delivers balance and elegance, along with a rich, creamy texture and tropical aromas.
