Vineyard Information: Beverly Vineyard is a hot and sandy site overlooking the Columbia Valley and Sentinel Gap north of the Wahluke slope in the Columbia Valley. The heat and extremely well-draining sandy soils make for bold red wines with intensity and power.
Varietal Composition: 100% Cabernet Sauvignon
Winemaker's Regimen: The grapes were harvested October 13th, 2022 and the wine saw 18% new French oak for 11 months.
Winemaker's Notes: Savory aromas of cedar, incense, and star anise flow from the glass. On the palate, the wine is dense and concentrated, like a blackberry and cassis compote, supported by coated tannins and flowing into a long, fruit-driven finish. This wine is BIG and a bit unruly. Beverly can't be tamed.
