Winemaker's Notes: Blended from two of our most northern vineyards; Beverly Vineyard (42%) and Soaring Engle Vineyard (58%). Both of these sites have grown to showcase pure examples of this Rhone varietal. Beverly brings a more rustic and robust body to the blend where the Soaring Engle portion threads in spicy notes on the nose. Overall, the color is medium ruby. A red fruit and cured meat quality are weaved together with a classic pepper spice. Medium to full bodied the presence of this wine on the palate will make it well received.
